Avacone, a Swiss company specializing in the pharmaceutical/chemical and medical industries, is expanding into Slovenia, and seeking new talents. Their main activities include project and service management, quality leadership, information security, robotics, etc. The company is establishing a new team in Slovenia responsible for leading and maintaining new projects. They are inviting applications for a "Web Specialist (m/f)" to join the newly formed team. Their expertise encompasses pharmaceutical processes and studies, chemical processes, medical processes, laboratory infrastructure, IT consulting, IT support, etc. If you aspire to continue and build your career in a stable company and work on challenging projects, this is the opportunity for you!

They expect:
• Prior work experience in an IT environment.
• Openness to business travel during weekdays (Mon-Fri) to Germany or Switzerland (travel and accommodation expenses covered).
• Proficient written and spoken English and German.
• Establishment and management of WordPress instances using the Plesk server management platform.
• Management of WordPress plugins and themes, ensuring their updates and compatibility with the website's functionality and security.
• Monitoring website performance and analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc., and preparing reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and errors on the website (broken links, 404 pages, slow loading) and liaising with the information department.
• Providing training and support to staff in the use of WordPress and its features (Gutenberg, Elementor).
• Maintenance of documentation and website guidelines, reporting on changes and updates.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in website management and deployment to the INNIO website hosting environment.
• Expertise in technologies such as Apache, Nginx, and web security.
• Understanding of web hosting concepts, including knowledge of domains, DNS, FTP, and SSL certificates.
• Understanding of security practices (firewall setup and SSL certificate management) and knowledge of website backup and recovery.
