Site Lead Quality Engineer (m/f)

Our client specializes in creating modular panel systems for clean room technologies and constructing air conditioning chambers. They have completed many successful projects worldwide in the past 20 years, including locations in Europe, Russia, the UAE, and locally.

For their high paced project abroad they are looking for experienced and motivated people for the position of Site Lead Quality Engineer (m/f).

Work tasks:

• Ensuring that all CMT departments, activities and roles that may influence quality including document control, quality control, material control and engineering operate in accordance with project requirements throughout the duration of construction,
• monitoring the quality control,
• ensuring the development and implementation of quality plans and quality/construction procedures on site,
• ensuring that appropriate training programmes are available at the construction site for all personnel performing quality functions,
• monitoring and tracking the progress of Quality Control during construction,
• manages & coordinates the development of quality related project procedures,
• maintaining the project quality documentation,
• conduct and document weekly meetings with CMT Quality project teams,
• monitor the resources for each project,
• monitor and report project assurance and risk related KPIs,
• establishing and maintenance of the project Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and other requirements.

Preferable qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in the of technical, engineering sciense and/or quality control,
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience and good knowledge of project and quality management (possibly on construction sites),
• experience in leading at least one project,
• proven knowledge of Quality Management Systems,
• proven and usable knowlege of quality core tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA),
• proven and usable knowlege in problem soving tools (8D, A3, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
• systematic approach and ability to analyse and structure,
• working knowledge of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,
• independent work at our complex projects, excelent management skills,
• professional management experience (interdisciplinary),
• experience with customers in international business,
• fluent in English, both written and spoken.
