HSE Specialist at construction site (m/f)

Our client specializes in creating modular panel systems for clean room technologies and constructing air conditioning chambers. They have completed many successful projects worldwide in the past 20 years, including locations in Europe, Russia, the UAE, and locally.

For their high paced project abroad they are looking for experienced and motivated people for the position of HSE Specialist at construction site (m/f).

Work tasks:

• Responsible for high.quality, timely and efficient execution of the tasks,
• responsible for compliance with measures and conditions from Safety and health at work, fire protection, environmental protection,
• monitor and enforce adherence to all relevant safety and environmental regulations, codes and standards,
• regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices, later on develop and implement control measures to mitigate these risks,
• organize and facilitate safety training programs,
• maintain accurate records of safety incpections/incidents/training activities,
• develop and impelement emergency response plans and procedures,
• investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses to determine root cause and recommend preventive measures,
• promote a strong safety culture,
• conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox tasks and activities,
• interact with regulatory aencies and authorities to ensure compliance and handle any inspections or inquiries.

Preferable qualifications:

• Bachelor degree,
• NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety,
• ISO 45001 Certificates,
• IOSH Managing Safety Certificate,
• Swedish Fire Protection Hot Work Permit would be a plus,
• working according to the set policy of the company,
• obliged to apply the adopted code of conduct and dress code at the workplace,
• knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Laws and regulations,
• advanced level of knowledge of MS Office programs,
• minimum of three years of experiences in the same or similar job.
