Customer Support Representative (m/ž)

Opis

Our client is a leading global company of logistics services for shipment of bulk liquid chemicals and food grade products. They are inviting a junior candidate to join their international team in the position of "Customer Support Representative (m/f)" in the food transportation department.

The candidate will be supporting employees in logistics centers in the EMEA region and ensuring effective communication between multiple departments to implement pricing and service activities for customers.

WORK TASKS:
- Develops, update and communicate logistic solution quotes based on requests by customers according to company policies. 
- Initiate post-quote follow up with customers on new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and opportunities to win/loss in CRM and if known capture market price, competitor and loss reasons.
- Responds to company global inquiries and whenever feasible recommence enhancements to optimize quotes.
- Communicates actively and regularly on market pricing issues, commercial approach, and policies. 
- Contributes actively to the improvement of company's commercial activities by being involved in the commercial team meetings, sharing ideas, concepts of improvements to systems or methods and share market updates.
- Provides assistance to the commercial management with projects when necessary.

WE EXPECT:
- University/graduate degree in economics or a related field.
- One year of experience in B2B sales/customer support is an advantage.
- General background knowledge in commercial support acitivity in service industries. 
- Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written knowledge of English.
- Team player, service oriented and commercial attitude, problem solving skills.
- Well organized and able to prioritize. 
- Able to critically analyze research.
